Construction Stage. This project serves as an excellent model for a doctor’s family, seamlessly integrating a diagnostic center with CT and MRI facilities, an eye hospital, and a private residence. The design features a dual-purpose facade: the main front road side presents an appealing commercial and healthcare aesthetic, while the side road includes a dedicated residential entrance for the doctor/owner's family. Three floors are allocated for commercial use, while one entire floor is reserved for residential purposes. To meet accessibility requirements, both the Lower Ground Floor (LGF) and Upper Ground Floor (UGF) feature ramp access. Additionally, all floors are efficiently connected by a centrally located staircase and lift, ensuring ease of movement throughout the building.
